How do I join the DepOrtak?

To become a member, it’s must be read and accept the “Explicit Consent Text”, “Membership Agreement”, “Explicit Consent Text for The Processing of Personal Data” documents, and provide the necessary membership information. After the phone number verification and activation, the member creates an “Account” and conducts all DepOrtak-related activities under this account. To complete warehouse booking transactions, the member must activate their account by clicking on the activation email sent to the registered email address after creating the account. There’s no need for the Service Provider already being member to create separate accounts for each warehouse space if they have more than one.

After deciding on your warehousing space from this section, you can examine the relevant warehouse in detail and then enter the relevant information for booking the reservation. Service Buyer in reservations for On-Demand Warehousing Category makes the payment to DepOrtak directly.
How does the DepOrtak booking process work?
How does the DepOrtak booking process work?
The Service Buyers can select one (or more) warehousing space and book the reservations. After booking the reservation, the relevant reservation request is submitted to the Service Provider (or Service Providers). After the Service Provider accepts the relevant reservation request, the Service Buyers confirms the reservation by displaying additional information about the reservation, and then the reservation process is completed.

Service Providers declare all features and attributes (technical infrastructure, security, technology, etc.) related to warehousing space when registering their warehousing space on the DepOrtak platform. The Service Buyer shall comply with the specifications (technical infrastructure, security, technology, etc.) that may be required for the safe storage of said products (commercial producs or personal belongings) in the given amount (full, complete), good condition and undamaged as they are delivered to the Service Provider. Service Buyer can search for warehousing spaces, examine and compare the alternatives listed by DepOrtak and decide by choosing the the most suitable warehousing space with features for its products. In case of any damage or damage to the product as long as it remains in the relevant warehousing space, the Service Provider’s insurance coverage comes into play. DepOrtak advises Service Providers and Service Buyers to have their own insurance coverage against any possible loss or damage.

3PL warehousing space is a commercial warehousing space which are owned and/or managed or operated by the logistics companies (called 3PL) whose main job is to provide logistics and / or warehousing services.

Gray warehousing space can be defined as any commercial space owned and / or managed or operated by a non logistics companies (or called 3PL). Such spaces could be any empty spaces such as shops on the streets, factory warehouse, wholesellers warehouse, parking place in the malls, shops in the malls where the products can be safely stored in good condition.

Service Buyers or Service Providerers can use the services specified in the On-Demand Warehousing Category Guide and the Fulfillment Service Category Guide free of charge as long as its membership continues.

The “Total Transaction Fee” invoice for the Basic Services in the On-Demand Warehousing Service Category is sent to the Service Buyer and the Service Provider digitally after it is issued by DepOrtak.

Non-members are only able to search for warehouse and warehousing services. The membership is must in order to book warehouse spaces.

It refers to finding and purchasing warehousing space and services provided here for the products (commercial goods or personal belongings) except in the scope of e-commerce.

No. The main purpose of DepOrtak is to form a business model enabling warehousing without any quantity and time limitations. So that it could be 1 day or 1 month or more warehousing for 1 pallet or 1 parcel box.

The Service Buyers, as a customer of the Service Provider, can rate the Service Providee after each warehousing transaction through a “Customer Satisfaction Survey” prepared by DepOrtak.
Can I extend the warehousing duration for my products in the warehouse space?

The Service Buyers may request an extension of the “Warehousing Duration” specified in the “Reservation Confirmation Notice” by contacting DepOrtak, and if the Service Provider accepts, the Duration of Stay can be extended.

The information entered by the Service Provider to DepOrtak regarding warehousing spaces is considered accurate, up-to-date, and valid. Additionally, the Service Provider can assess the suitability and adequacy of the warehouse spaces using the “Logistics Check-Up” tool developed by DepOrtak.

Palletizing non-pallet products provides benefits such as reduced warehousing space usage, improved ease of movement within warehousing space, enhanced product protection, lower loading costs onto vehicles, etc. The Service Recipient may request palletizing from the Service Provider when booking.

The Service Buyers can contact DepOrtak and create a new booking to request an increase in the quantity of products stored in the same warehouse space.

Yes. On the other hand we recommend stacking non-palletised products on a pallet within the warehouse space.

After the information entered by the Service Provider regarding the warehousing space is approved by DepOrtak the storage areas will become searchable and listable for the Service User.

Yes. You can stop receiving new reservations and make your warehousing space not being visibile in the list of the search results whenever you want. By clicking the “Vacation Mode” or updating your “available time period” you can snooze your warehousing space for a set period of time (as long or as short as you’d like!) and unlist it until you’re ready to receive reservations again.
