To become a member, it’s must be read and accept the “Explicit Consent Text”, “Membership Agreement”, “Explicit Consent Text for The Processing of Personal Data” documents, and provide the necessary membership information. After the phone number verification and activation, the member creates an “Account” and conducts all DepOrtak-related activities under this account. To complete warehouse booking transactions, the member must activate their account by clicking on the activation email sent to the registered email address after creating the account. There’s no need for the Service Provider already being member to create separate accounts for each warehouse space if they have more than one.
DepOrtak enables Service Users to reach the many warehouses within seconds and make reservations in the most suitable one for their products, and allows Service Providers to earn income by utilizing the empty and idle places in the warehousing space.
After you select the location and service category on deportak.com welcoming page, you will be directed to the screen where the warehousing space suitable for your search criteria are listed and filtered in detail. After deciding on your warehousing space from this section, you can examine the relevant warehouse in detail and then enter the relevant information for booking the reservation. We recommend you to watch “How to book a reservation?” video explaining the steps related to the reservation process.
The Service Buyers can select one (or more) warehousing space and book the reservations. After booking the reservation, the relevant reservation request is submitted to the Service Provider (or Service Providers). After the Service Provider accepts the relevant reservation request, the Service Buyers confirms the reservation by displaying additional information about the reservation, and then the reservation process is completed.
